Job Summary:
A Creative Director oversees the creative team to help develop the creative solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop ad campaigns based on client's needs.
- Develop every aspect of an ad campaign based on the client's advertising plan, conceptualize those ideas for clients, and assign projects to creative team members.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Ad Sales team to make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track.
- Create advertising proposals for clients
- Study the creative marketplace, assessing where Company's work stands against competitors & drive constant improvement in Company's creative quality and capabilities.
Professional Qualification:
Essential: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Fine Art
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in creative field.
- Solid background in copywriting and/or design.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership skills & ability to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects.
- Knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet client's advertising expectations.
- Thorough understanding of clients and their business/industry.
