Desired Profile

Qualification:

Candidate should be a B.E. (Electronics & Communication) or B.E. (IT) and a post graduation qualification in Sales / Marketing.

Should have at least 15 - 20 years of experience in Telecom/IT or Networking industry and 2-3 years as ‘Head - profit centre’.

Key Deliverables:

• Would be responsible for sales in the entire region, which may comprise one or more branches.
• Achieve agreed targets for his region.
• Be responsible for quantum growth of both direct and channel sales in his branch.
• Assist his sales team to provide high end technical solutions to large corporates.
• Expand companies business in his region by developing large accounts in various verticals.

Skills:

• Have an excellent understanding of the market and competition.
• High level of negotiation / presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to enthuse his team to achieve stretched targets.
• Be able to lead from the front by setting an example.
