Job Description:

- Preparation of project planning & project budget in consultation with HO Team
- Implementation of project plan & ensuring logical sequencing of plan based on resources
- Plan resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
- Monitor construction schedules & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
- Prepare method statement & submit to clients/consultants for approval
- Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
- Conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals
- Work out the resource requirement (man power, equipment, material etc. so as to fulfill the construction schedule prepared)
- Analyze gaps between the planned v/s actual and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team. 

Desired Profile:
Post Graduate / Graduate Civil Engineer with 8-15 yrs.of Exp.in Hydro, Dam, Underground and Road Projects. Knowledge of MS Project is essential & Primavera is Preferred.
