    • Excellent communication and presentation Skills
    • Good understanding of technology.
    • Proven track record of winning major projects for the vertical assigned.
    • Should be a team player, able to handle a team of 20-25sales people pan India.
    • Should have successfully achieved sales target for last 3 years.
    • Should have in depth understanding of Enterprise / networking Solutions components.
    • Should be having exposure of driving business with OEM partners CISCO, Nortel, Juniper & to build value added Solutions
    • Should have strong leadership qualities with revenue driven approach.
    • Having 10 or more years of experience in sales out of which at least 3-5 years at the senior level.
    • Should be a graduate & preferably MBA from a premier institute.

    Roles & Responsibilities / KRAs

    • Overall product marketing responsibility for the assigned products.
    • Prepare operating marketing plan with product-wise territorial sales target
    • Determine National Targets
    • Prepare and analyze sales performance and summary report.
    • Ensure profitability and competitive advantage
    • Ensure implementation of the marketing plan and achievement of sales target through effective co-ordination and techno commercial support to the team.
    • Coordination with Regional Sales Team
    • Should be able to achieve target for the assigned Vertical.
    • Reporting to CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
